Business audiences often aren’t sure if they have permission to ask a question or comment during your presentation – How did you let that happen?

Watched a movie recently – didn’t see the credits till the end – people were leaving. In business or sales presentations I often see very lengthy credits in the beginning – is that when your audience feels like leaving?
